Nation Changers Church is registered with the UK Charity Commission, number 1071620. There is a board of Trustees who meet to oversee all the activities of the Charity.
The Trustees of the Charity recognises the importance of the Charity's growing ministry to children and young people and its responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of the children and young people entrusted to its care. The Charity also recognises the importance of protecting the interests of the workers themselves. The Trustees have therefore developed and adopted this 'Safe and Sound' child protection policy.
As part of this policy, all workers are DBS checked prior to working with children and young people.
This document is based on a Model Child Protection Policy supplied by the Churches' Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS). A copy of the policy and all amendments will be filed with CCPAS. This policy must not be copied by other churches/organisations without the written agreement of CCPAS.
'Children and young people' in this policy means 'persons under 18 years of age' as defined by the 1989 Children Act.

Unless express objections are received, individuals attending our events are deemed to have given their consent by attending or remaining at the event. With permission, Nation Changers Church gathers and stores personal information of individuals for general church administration and communication.
Nation Changers Church is committed to protecting all personal information it holds, in all formats, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
